Scott H. McLemore

Attorney Scott H. McLemore is a partner at the law firm, where he leads the firm’s civil litigation practice. In this capacity, Scott helps individuals who have suffered a catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death in the family recover significant compensation to help them deal with the medical bills, loss of income, pain, and suffering, and disruption in their lives caused by another’s negligence.

Scott’s connection with civil trial law goes back to his days in law school at the South Texas College of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy by earning the top grade in his class. He also participated in the school’s National Mock Trial and Moot Court Advocacy teams and was selected to the Order of Barristers, a national honor society recognizing law students and lawyers who display the most outstanding trial advocacy skills.

As a lawyer in private practice, Scott trained with one of Texas’ top trial lawyers before later establishing his own law firm and partnering with the firm. He was part of the trial team in the landmark Fen-Phen litigation, and he uses his extensive training and experience in handling serious personal injury cases in Houston, Corpus Christi and throughout Texas.
