Trial Advocacy and Litigation Experience

Mr. McLemore’s commitment to trial advocacy began during his time at South Texas College of Law, where he earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy for achieving the highest grade in his class. While in law school, he also competed on the school’s National Mock Trial and Moot Court advocacy teams and was selected to the Order of Barristers, a prestigious national honor society recognizing individuals who demonstrate exceptional skill in courtroom advocacy.

Following law school, Mr. McLemore trained under one of Texas’s leading trial attorneys before establishing his own law practice and later becoming a partner in the firm. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive experience handling serious injury litigation and complex civil disputes.

Mr. McLemore was also part of the trial team involved in the landmark Fen-Phen litigation, one of the most significant pharmaceutical injury cases in the country. That experience provided valuable insight into complex litigation involving large-scale claims and serious personal injury.

Leadership in the Trial Lawyers Community

Mr. McLemore has remained actively involved in the legal community throughout his career and has held leadership roles in major trial lawyer organizations. He has been a member of both the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association for decades and has served on the boards of directors for each organization.

Through these roles, he has contributed to the advancement of trial advocacy and the protection of the rights of individuals seeking justice through the civil court system.

Mr. McLemore’s practice reflects a commitment to helping injured individuals and their families pursue accountability and meaningful recovery after devastating accidents and losses.
